Mumbai, 17th November, 2016: Stomp, a British theatrical sensation is all set to make its debut in India with AGP World, this December. Ashvin Gidvani, Founder of AGP World recently announced a special show of Stomp on 8th of December, for Students, armed forces, senior citizens and government employees at a discounted rate to ensure maximum outreach for the show.
Being the first in the showbiz to introduce a variety of international theatre in India, Ashvin is of the opinion that everyone deserves an equal opportunity to enjoy STOMP, which in now become a global phenomenon, a genre on its own! STOMP is a unique combination of theatre, dance, comedy and percussion of eight performers using boots, bins, brooms and everything
including the kitchen sink to hammer out an explosively feel good rhythm.
Ashvin Gidvani said that, “International theatre should be accessible and affordable for it to resonate with the masses and find an equal standing in the culturally diverse Indian diaspora. Being a son of a naval officer I am privy to the hardships faced by men who spend their lives safeguarding the nation. I will ensure that International theatre is no longer considered as a niche concept for elite consumption but a nationwide movement that embraces the masses. This will reflect in the legacy I leave behind.”
