It seems to be a period of biopics in Bollywood. After Soorma and Gold and many others released over the past year, we’ve another entry in the list. Post giving us a hit film like Raid, Ajay Devgn is all set to play the role of one of India’s most famous football coaches, Syed Abdul Rahim in his next.
Zee Studios themselves announced about this news on social media today.

This untitled movie will showcase the tenure of Syed Abdul Rahim, who has been a football coach and Indian team manager between 1950 and 1963. It will not only showcase achievements but also the journey the team underwent for emerging victorious at certain matches like 1962 Asian Games in Jakarta, Indonesia.
This will be the first time Ajay Devgn will be seen playing a Biopic of a football coach.
