Whether it is playing a naval officer in Rustom, a lawyer in his upcoming movie Jolly LLB 2 or a man on whom rests the lives of his countrymen in Airlift, Akshay Kumar has been known to play a variety of roles. Adding another completely different role to his already diverse profile, the actor is all set to play ‘The Sanitary Man’ in his wife, Twinkle Khanna’s maiden venture. The character is inspired by Twinkle’s second best-selling novel ‘The Legend of Lakshmi Prasad’. In the novel, the character is based on the life of Muruganantham, a man who developed a low-cost machine to make sanitary pads.
