Arjun Patiala is a spoof comedy that narrates the story of a cop Arjun Patiala (Diljit Dosanjh) and his sidekick Onidda Singh (Varun Sharma). Together the two have to accomplish their mission of a crime-free town.
Arjun played by Diljit wins a gold medal in Judo and gets into Police just like that and is been posted at Farizabad as a Sub Inspector. Onidda Singh played by Varun is a constable of that police station and works under Arjun. Arjun starts singing song (like Shah Rukh Khan in Main Hoon Na) whenever he sees any girl. He meets Ritu Randhawa played by Kriti Sanon who is a journalist and falls in love with her instantly.
Arjun idolizes IPS Amarjeet Singh Gill played by Ronit Roy. Amarjeet Singh tells Arjun to make the town a crime free one and Arjun agrees to do so. He uses Ritu’s sources to get through the villains and what happens next is the entire story.

The movie’s story is not that great. Some dialogues like Maa Behen Ki Izzat Ki Jaati Hai Na Ki Unki Izzat Utari Jatti and Winter Is Coming is good but overall the movie is not a worth watch at all.
Music of the movie is also not that kind that will hook you up to it or make you groove. Acting from Diljit Dosanjh to Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub is ok. Knowing what amazing actor Zeeshan and Ronit Roy are, they could have got a better role. Varun Sharma’s expressions are noticeable and worth watching.
Overall the movie is completely BLAH and can be missed!
