After M.S.Dhoni, Sushant Singh Rajput will be next seen in, Raabta which stars Kriti Sanon opposite him. The movie is now set to release on 9th June, 2017. A lot has already been said about the movie and it’s release date. The movie was earlier scheduled to release on 10th February but the makers have now pushed the date to 9th June. It could be to avoid clash with Akshay Kumar’s Jolly LLB 2. The movie directed by Dinesh Vijan is a love story based on dreams, destiny and love & it would be nice to watch Sushant Singh Rajput in a romantic role.
‘Raabta’ was earlier supposed to clash with Akshay Kumar’s Jolly LLB 2. The makers of ‘Raabta’ decided to release so close to Valentine’s week since the movie is all about love and destiny. However, there were also reports suggesting that the M.S. Dhoni star threatened the makers of Raabta to not be a part of the film’s promotions if it was clashing with Akshay’s. The actor believes that movies do better business when they release solo. Could this be the actual reason behind Raabta’s release being pushed ahead?
