Neeti Mohan And Nihar Pandya To Exchange BVowsOn Valentines Day
Playback singer Neeti Mohan is all set to tie the knot this Valentines Day with model/actor Nihar Pandya.
Neeti is the sister of Shakti, Mukti and Kriti Mohan. She was one of the winners of Channel V’s Popstars, who then became part of Aasma. Nihaar Pandya who made his Bollywood debut in Manikarnika: The Queen Of Jhansi was in a relationship with Deepika Padukone more than a decade. But not congratulations are in order as they begin a new chapter together.
While there were reports about their nuptials going around, it’s only now that the duo decided to speak about it. The couple shared this good news on The Kapil Sharma Show.
Their wedding will be a private function, conducted in the presence of family and close friends. They opened up about their relationship recently and decided to put a ring on it with just one year of dating.
Talking about how they met, Nihar said,
“A friend of mine was a member of Aasma, the band that Neeti was a part of at the beginning of her career. I asked him several times to introduce us but that never happened. Coincidentally, I met her in Goa at the same friend’s wedding almost a year ago, and that’s when our love story started.”
Talking about how he proposed, Pandya said,
“We were taking a stroll around my farmhouse and upon reaching a pre-decided spot under a tree, I went down on one knee and asked her, ‘Tu shaadi karegi mujhse?’ and at that very moment a phoolon ki baarish happened.”
