If you are a fan of Bigg Boss 10, then this news will come to you as no surprise. The self-proclaimed Godman and contestant, Swami Omji Maharaj, stepped out of the much controversial house to appear before Delhi court on Saturday. A warrant was issued against the contestant in relation to a bicycle theft case!
The complaint, sources confirmed, was registered by Omji’s brother Pramodh Jha. He alleged that Omji broke the lock of his bicycle shop in Lodhi Colony. He was accompanied by three other men and together, they stole 11 bicycles, expensive spare parts, the sale deed of the house and many other important documents
Reports have confirmed that Omji appeared thrice before Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (CMM) Satish Kumar Arora, after the latter had issued a non-bailable warrant against him thrice after he failed to turn up. The court, however, cancelled the non-bailable warrant against him, asking him to pay Rs 30,000 for not complying with its order.
February 4 has been fixed as the next date of hearing. While the hearing will go as decided, we can’t be too sure about Swami Omji’s return to the house!
