Priyanka Chopra’s home banner, Purple Pebble Pictures, that was founded with the endeavour to create quality regional cinema, refine storytelling through films and support new talent, completed three years this March.
The Production house now has an online presence too, as its official website was launched this afternoon.
Three years since its inception, the banner has stood its ground by not only providing regional films with a solid platform but also backing talents who specialize in areas of filmmaking.
Priyanka’s home banner has churned out films with unique storylines and won accolades up to three National Awards for one of their Marathi films, ‘Ventilator’.
Regional cinema bankrolled by Purple Pebble Pictures has travelled to international film festivals and earned praise from celebrated filmmaker’s world over. With such growth in a span of just three years, having a website seemed a natural progression.
Interestingly, the website includes the details of its films, ads, as well as the team behind the banner. The unique aspect is that it will serve as a platform for new talent, aspiring directors, actors, cinematographers, stylists, scriptwriters, and anyone with the interest and aptitude to get into a film industry.
