Over the years Thums Up has been endorsed by Akshay Kumar and Salman Khan. They created an image to live by and took the word ‘toofani’ quite literally in all their ads. You believed that Akshay Kumar would jump off a building to save a woman’s life and Salman Khan’s warning was 100% legit. (All the commitments he does and doesn’t break, remember?)
Now Ranveer Singh is the new face of the brand but it seems his small feet might not be able to fill in their big shoes.
In the ad, Ranveer tries too hard to impress. We can’t see the force and attitude that comes with Thums up this time. Doubt anyone is going to be saying ‘Ajj kuch toofani karte hain’ after this!
