Second Act is about Maya Vargas (Jennifer Lopez), a 40-year-old college dropout, who is finding it difficult to find a senior level job because she doesn’t have a degree. The film has a light-hearted tone and is extremely watchable. However, it does deal with a lot of relatable things. Jennifer Lopez and Vanessa Hudgens are excellent. We give this funny drama 3 buzzing bees.
