COLORS’ popular social drama Laado – Veerpur Ki Mardaani has kept the audience glued to their TV screens with the new twists. Recently, Anushka found herself among the Sethi family who loves and pampers her like a princess. With the show taking a leap, the show witnessed a stellar line up of artists like Nasir Khan, Manini De, Farida Dadi and Charu Asopa who are seen playing a pivotal role in Anushka’s life. And, the latest edition of the show will be the actor Siddharth Arora will be essaying the role of Shaurya, Juhi’s childhood friend who will bring new twists and turns in Anushka’s life.
Expressing his excitement of being a part of the show, Siddharth Arora said:
“It feels like homecoming since this is my third show with COLORS. Coincidentally, all the shows have been at 9.30 pm slot. Every actor looks for something different when they choose a particular role. And for me, Shaurya’s character was a complete win-win because he is a passionate lover waiting to reunite with his childhood love Juhi, a character that I have never explored in the past. Shaurya’s role is not only interesting but it has different layers to it packed up various emotions. It gives me an opportunity to not only explore newer avenues but also polish my craft as an actor. Moreover, I am really excited to work with Avika Gor and looking forward to an enriching experience.”
