AGP World is all set to enrapture its audience with The Scent Of A Man, a light hearted adult comedy that revolves around marriage and infidelity, on Sunday, June 18th, 2017 at TATA Theatre: NCPA.
It is written and directed by debutant director Ashvin Gidwani (founder of AGP), who spent nine years conceiving this play. Prior to this, Ashvin produced memorable plays like History of India, Blame it on Yashraj, The Big Fat City and The Alchemist, which has got the audience eager for his directorial debut.
Directing The Scent Of A Man was a novel experience for Ashvin. He said, “I have spent almost a decade conceptualizing The Scent Of A Man and I can’t wait to showcase it to the audience.”
A drama based on current times in Mumbai, The Scent of A Man revolves around the darker side of marriage and infidelity, which however has been portrayed in a light hearted and hilarious manner.
Suchitra Pillai, Deven Khote, Ashwin Mushran and Bhavna Pani are a part of the play which is written and directed by Ashvin Gidwani himself.
