Recently, it was announced that Kajol will be giving voice to Helen Parr aka the Elastigirl in the second installment of the superhit animated movie ‘The Incredibles’ titled ‘Incredibles 2’.
A couple of special promos for the film were launched at an event today in the city in the presence of Kajol and Mr. Bikram Duggal, Head of Studio Entertainment, Disney India.
At the launch when Kajol was asked that what excited her to pick a particular script or a role, she said,
“I really believe that I am a reader. I love reading, I think reading is my passion, my hobby, my meditation, it is a lot of things for me. And, I always feel that a good script should be like one of those books that you read till 4 in the morning when you know you have to get up at 7 and go to work.”
She continued,
“So it one of those books that is literally un-put-down-able. So that is the only requirement I have. I don’t think about the character I am playing – whether it is the main lead or a small role.”
The actress who’ll be soon seen in Eela also admitted that dubbing is one of the most boring and painful processes but she was very excited to dub for Elastigirl.
Disney-Pixar’s ‘Incredibles 2’ Gets On The Red Carpet At The LA Premiere
Disney Pixar’s prominent superhero family is back! “Incredibles 2” made its debut in LA, and the cast of the sequel hit the red carpet for the animated adventure’s world premiere.
Written and directed by Brad Bird (Iron Giant, The Incredibles, Ratatouille) and produced by John Walker (The Incredibles, Tomorrowland) and Nicole Grindle (Sanjay’s Super Team short, Toy Story 3 associate producer), Disney•Pixar’s ‘Incredibles 2’ busts into theatres on 22nd June 2018.
