Zaheer Iqbal, who is making his Bollywood debut with Notebook has been receiving a lot of rave reviews for his acting and good looks. With the release of the latest song Bumro, we learned that Zaheer didn’t just dance the number but also choreographed the hook step.
Bumro is a Kashmiri folk song which is soothing and will surely win your hearts. Zaheer has been very enthusiastic about this song as it gives him the opportunity to showcase his dance moves.
Sources close to the unit revealed that while Zaheer was practicing the dance number he came up with his own hook step. Choreographer Mudassar Khan fell in love with it and decided to incorporate the same.
Speaking about Bumro, Zaheer said:
“It is one of my favorite tracks in the album and I am very excited about it. While rehearsing I just came up with the step which the choreographers decided to incorporate in the song itself which was a very sweet gesture. I really like the way the song is shot and I hope that everyone likes it.’’
Salman Khan Films presents Notebook. A Cine1 Studios production is directed by National Awardee, Nitin Kakkar starring the debutants Pranutan Bahl and Zaheer Iqbal. The film is produced by Salma Khan, Murad Khetani, Ashwin Varde and is slated to release on March 19, 2019.
