Made in Heaven revolves around the lives of two wedding planners, Tara and Karan, whose go on a part of self-discovery while organizing the big fat Indian wedding. It also follows their lives uncovering not only their personal turmoil but also the deep-rooted social nuances and prejudices still etched in Indian society.

1. Ponkhana
Celebrated across Gujarat, Ponkhana is a ritual where the mother-in-law playfully pulls the groom’s nose. This ritual signifies that he should always be kind and compassionate to his new life-partner.
2. Hiding the groom’s shoes
