Ranveer Singh is one man with a surprise up his sleeve every day! From Kissing all over Paris to giving us travel goals from his trip to Switzerland to his extremely sexy Monday motivation pictures, the man knows how to make us fall in love.

But keeping the cheeky, bold & entertaining personality aside, Ranveer Singh has a heart of gold too which he proved just a while ago with his latest Instagram post. The actor, took to Instagram & made a post asking fans to support ‘The Live Love Laugh Foundation’ founded by none other than the actor’s rumoured girlfriend & Bollywood’s current favorite, Deepika Padukone. The foundation helps people fight the battle against depression.

1 out of every 5 Indians will suffer from depression in their lifetime. Even with all the progress we’ve made in these last few years, there is still a lot of stigma attached to mental health and the treatment of it. This needs to change for our collective well-being. There is a difference between being sad and being depressed. There is hope for both, those who need help and for those who want to give help. Let’s join hands to promote awareness about mental health along with the Live Love Laugh Foundation as they launch India’s first Mental Health Awareness Campaign.
