Akshay Kumar starring Jolly LLB 2 has finally released after so much chaos and courtroom drama (like, literally). Akshay plays the role of a small-town lawyer, Jagdeeshwar Mishra, who believes money is the answer to everything. So, of course, he goes to any length and does as many jugaads as he can to win a case.
Jolly, an assistant of a renowned lawyer, wishes to fulfill his father’s dreams but ends up ruining Hina’s life, played by Sayani Gupta. The first half of the movie will provide you a glimpse of jolly good life of a lawyer. Akshay Kumar’s chemistry with Huma Qureshi is notably adorable. The second half gets a bit intense when Jolly starts to right his wrongs in the court. Their depiction of the reality of Indian legal authorities is shown very well. It is easy to connect with the sentiment as a citizen of this country. And it is this intensity that keeps you hooked till the climax.
The Jolly good fellow has taken the entire movie on his shoulders. Akshay Kumar fills the shoes of Arshad Warsi very well. Apart from him, Saurabh Shukla (Justice Sunderlal Tripathi), Sanjay Mishra (Guruji) and Anu Kapoor (Sachin Kantilal Mathur) have given a notable performance.
The storyline is great, the script is powerful and the screenplay will surely enthrall you.
