Ayushmann Khurrana In Article 15
South movies being remade in Bollywood is a trend that people are loving. The most recent being Kabir Singh, which is still going strong at the box office. Makers are now even acquiring rights for the remakes of South movie before its release like Dear Comrade.
But now, here is some interesting news. Some makers from the South industry are in a race to grab the rights for Anubhav Sinha’s Article 15. Article 15 starred Ayushmann Khurrana in the lead role and the film has garnered a lot of positive response from critics.
Article 15, is an investigative thriller and takes about the issue of caste and its division in the country with the utmost sensitivity. It brings to light issues of casteism which were either unknown or ignored. The movie is said to be one of the most profitable movies of 2019.
According to some sources, the producers of the film are said to be flooded with offers and info also states that Dhanush is keen on remaking the film in Tamil.
Directed by Abhinav Sinha, Article 15 has been running well at the box office since a month now and the movie has earned over 64 crores till now.
