Directed by Krish Jagarlamudi & Kangana Ranaut, Manikarnika traces the life of Manikarnika aka Rani Laxmi Bai (Kangana Ranaut) from her childhood. While the first half is mainly spent in establishing the characters, the pace pics up in the second half with all the action and fight sequences. There are hardly any dull moments in this engrossing film. Kangana Ranaut is excellent.
