Salman Khan, who was found guilty yesterday, had immediately applied for a bail and the plea for the same was to be heard by the Jodhpur district court today. But now the court has postponed the bail plea to tomorrow and will give its order at 10:30 am. This means the actor will have to stay at least one more day in the Jodhpur Central Jail.
For those who are living under a rock, yesterday, Salman Khan was convicted in the Black Buck Poaching Case and was sentenced to a 5-year jail term and was also imposed a fine of Rs 10,000. Salman was arrested immediately and is now lodged at the Jodhpur Central Jail.
The other actors — Saif Ali Khan, Tabu, Sonali Bendre and Neelam Kothari, who had accompanied him have been acquitted of all charges.
