The Critics Choice Film Awards held on Sunday was a star-studded affair. Bollywood actors and film critics were seen together under one roof. Besides the awards, the main highlight of the award function was Shah Rukh Khan.
Ask why? Well, Shah Rukh Khan started his speech by saying that he is going to say it as a critic since it is a Critics Choice Film Awards. Here’s how his speech panned:
“The scene opens at an opulent award function with the main protagonist. Anupama Chopra sitting in the first row, looking resplendent in her many varied shades of white. Off white, unwhite, onwhite. She is whispering in the ears of my old friend and colleague Rajeev Masand.”
“Now this version of Masand is a far cry from the younger, mustached one, whose complicated vocabulary we were so convinced by back in the day when I played an antihero. He is older, and a tad heavier.”
