Shraddha Kapoor, who went through a huge change in personality to get into the nuance of her bold character of Haseena Parkar who has garnered a lot of appreciation for her look as Haseena is generally known to be a happy & fun person. But, during the shoot of Haseena Parkar, she almost scared a friend of Apoorva Lakhia with her entire new personality.
Shraddha would often spend a lot of time alone while shooting Haseena Parkar, to keep that intense personality which was required for her character. Not only did she gain a few pounds, but, she also went through an entire voice modulation process to get a deep voice like Haseena. To make sure that in all the required scenes she had the same voice, she would talk to all on set in that same deep voice.
Once, on an intense shoot day, director Apoorva Lakhia had his friend come on set. He was introduced to Shraddha and after his first interaction with the actress, he was rather taken aback. Contrary to her lovely nature, the actress maintained her deep voice in front of Apoorva’s friend which almost scared him. Apoorva had to explain his friend about the reason Shraddha sounded that way. Eventually, it became a joke.
Haseena Parkar is set to release on 22nd September.
