The Square is weird in most bits but you’ll enjoy it. It’s about Christian Juel Nielsen (Claes Bang), who’s a curator of a contemporary art museum in Stockholm. Some of his decisions have an unimaginable impact on his life.
Claes Bang is excellent. The film is a tad long but scores because it raises some pertinent questions about art and humanity. We give it 3 buzzing bees.
